Overview
Theodo is hiring a Head of Recruitment to shape and execute the company’s global talent strategy. You'll partner with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent and drive exceptional candidate experiences. This role requires strategic thinking and expertise in talent acquisition.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally in a leadership role where you've shaped hiring strategies aligned with business goals. Your ability to manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders ensures excellence in hiring delivery, focusing on quality and speed. You are passionate about championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent decisions, and you understand the importance of aligning hiring plans with company culture and values.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to define and implement a consistent, data-driven recruitment process across various markets. Your experience in onboarding and retention strategies enables you to design scalable plans that ensure new joiners integrate rapidly and contribute effectively to the team. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What you'll do
As the Head of Recruitment, you will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to define and execute a robust hiring plan that aligns with business goals and budgets. You will manage external recruitment partners and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence in hiring delivery, focusing on quality, speed, and candidate experience. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, you will ensure alignment with the company culture and diversity goals.
You will design and implement scalable onboarding plans for new joiners, ensuring they are set up for success from day one. Collaborating with People Operations and Learning & Development, you will track new hire success and engagement, leading initiatives to improve retention through development opportunities and internal career pathways. Additionally, you will strengthen the company’s employer value proposition across all regions, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
