Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively address inquiries and concerns. You are comfortable handling multiple forms of communication, including calls, emails, and chats, and you enjoy proactively reaching out to customers to ensure their success. You understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for customers and are dedicated to resolving their challenges.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Specialist at Neighbor, you will be the first point of contact for our renters and hosts. Your primary responsibility will be to field inbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will proactively communicate with customers to ensure they are satisfied and successful in their interactions with our platform.
