Who you are

You have a solid background in quality assurance, particularly in integration testing, and are skilled in executing functional, technical, and end-to-end tests. Your experience includes working directly with development teams to ensure the reliability and resilience of integration flows. You are detail-oriented and capable of creating comprehensive test scenarios and cases that provide clear evidence for auditing and technical acceptance.

You are familiar with various testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, and Insomnia, and you have the ability to analyze logs and trace calls effectively. Your understanding of asynchronous patterns and messaging systems, including AMQP, JMS, and Kafka, allows you to conduct thorough testing of integration points.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan and execute integration tests between systems, services, and APIs, ensuring that all integration points function correctly and efficiently. You will conduct error tests, including retry scenarios, timeouts, and exception handling, to validate the robustness of the integrations. Additionally, you will support load, stress, and concurrency testing to assess system performance under various conditions.

You will create detailed documentation of defects, including logs, payloads, and reproduction steps, to facilitate clear communication with development teams. Your collaboration with architecture and business areas will be crucial in ensuring that all integration flows are reliable and traceable. You will also be involved in continuous learning and innovation, contributing to the overall quality culture within NEORIS.
