What you'll do

As a Scrum Master at NEORIS, you will guide and coordinate the establishment of OKRs within your assigned teams, ensuring that they remain focused on delivering value. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote adherence to Agile governance, helping teams to implement best practices and maintain a healthy team culture.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, helping to break down silos and foster a sense of shared ownership over projects. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives, where you will identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to optimize team performance.

You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members in Agile methodologies, ensuring they understand the principles and practices that drive successful project delivery. Your expertise will help teams navigate challenges and adapt to changing environments, ultimately leading to better outcomes for clients.
