You have a proven track record in business development or agency management, ideally within the advertising sector. Your experience includes building and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to negotiate and execute advertising deals effectively. You understand the nuances of the Australian market and can navigate its complexities with ease. You are a strong communicator, capable of fostering cross-agency relationships and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are results-driven, with a focus on delivering on revenue targets and ensuring the successful execution of agency commitments. You value diversity and inclusion, recognizing that a variety of perspectives strengthens teams and drives better outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Netflix's Agency Investment strategy in Australia. You will report directly to the Head of Advertising Sales and work closely with the Netflix Sales team to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. Your role will involve maintaining regular connections with senior-level Investment leaders at both Agency Holdco teams and Independent agencies, conducting business reviews, and fostering significant relationships across major Australian Agency groups. You will be accountable for negotiating and executing material volume and upfront advertising deals, ensuring that all commitments are tracked and executed effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, including Ad Product, Finance, and Ad Marketing, to drive necessary developments for success. Your ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously will be crucial in this role.
