You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate the importance of compliance to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead and grow a team of GRC, business continuity, and software engineering professionals — your primary responsibility will be to mature Netflix's Enterprise Governance and Assurance capabilities. You will partner across the organization to ensure that Netflix maintains appropriate controls and manages enterprise risk effectively.

You will be instrumental in driving a pragmatic, risk-driven GRC program that adapts to the fast-moving and complex environment of the entertainment industry — your strategic vision will guide the team in meeting regulatory obligations while fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. You will work closely with various departments to implement best practices and ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
