Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment where you've driven operational excellence across various marketing initiatives. Your expertise includes designing workflows that support the end-to-end marketing sales funnel, ensuring that every step is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You are comfortable working with data and understand the importance of maintaining rigorous data governance standards. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to implement enhancements in CRM and related tools.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation systems is a plus, as is familiarity with data quality processes and AI-ready data management. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and are proactive in suggesting enhancements that can drive revenue at scale.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering value across the marketing funnel, from inbound engagement to integrated marketing partnerships programs. You will own key platforms and workflows, ensuring they are aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with various teams to scope and implement enhancements in CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring that the tools you manage are effective and user-friendly.

You will also focus on maintaining data quality through automated enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows. This means you will be hands-on in ensuring that the data used across marketing initiatives is accurate and actionable. Your role will require you to analyze data trends and provide insights that can inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
