Who you are
You have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the consumer products sector, and a deep understanding of the DACH market. Your experience includes executing retail marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of aligning marketing initiatives with broader business strategies.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey marketing strategies and campaign results to stakeholders. Your ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior enables you to tailor campaigns for maximum impact. You are passionate about building brand loyalty and creating memorable consumer experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the execution of innovative retail marketing campaigns across the DACH region, ensuring that all activities are commercially aligned and consistent with Netflix's broader campaign strategy. You will work closely with the local Consumer Products team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns that resonate with fans and partners. Your responsibilities will include localizing and rolling out global and regional campaigns, as well as driving show awareness through licensed merchandise.
You will leverage your extensive knowledge of major DACH brands and retailers to create impactful marketing strategies that promote Netflix titles and build them into franchises. You will analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive long-term revenue growth. Your role will be pivotal in bringing Netflix stories to life at retail and ensuring that campaigns resonate with diverse audiences in the DACH region.
