You have a proven track record in B2B sales and performance marketing — your experience has equipped you with strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills that you apply effectively in client-facing conversations. You are fluent in both German and English, allowing you to communicate seamlessly with diverse clients and stakeholders. Your organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage a full sales cycle independently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You thrive on generating new business and have a knack for prospecting high-potential leads — your ability to engage and build relationships with clients is a key strength. You are a self-starter who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and deliver results. Active listening and structured thinking are part of your toolkit, allowing you to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Desirable

Experience in ad tech, social media marketing, or general performance advertising would be a bonus — you understand media buying KPIs such as CPM, CTR, and ROAS, which enhances your ability to consult strategically with advertisers. Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others will give you an edge in this role.
