Overview

Pleo is seeking a Senior Channel Partner Manager for the DACH region to drive the strategy and execution of their partner channel. This role requires a hands-on approach to scaling existing partnerships and creating new ones.

You have a strong background in channel partnerships and business development, ideally with experience in the DACH region. You understand the nuances of building and maintaining relationships with partners, and you thrive in a commercial environment where your entrepreneurial mindset can shine. You take pride in uncovering customer needs and turning complex problems into simple solutions. Your ability to challenge the status quo respectfully is a key asset, and you are driven by ambition and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of Pleo's partner channel in the DACH region. You will take an existing network of partners and help scale it in a structured way, while also identifying and creating new partnerships that align with Pleo's vision. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue through these partnerships, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of the partnerships you manage. You will be expected to report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
