Who you are
You have extensive experience in integrating Workday with third-party systems using middleware solutions such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. Your deep understanding of Workday's integration tools and methodologies allows you to solve complex integration problems effectively. You possess a strong technical background in software development, data, and system architecture, which enables you to design and implement robust integration solutions.
You are skilled in writing and maintaining XSLT and MVEL expressions to manipulate data and automate business logic within Workday Studio and EIB Integrations. Your ability to partner with internal teams and third-party vendors ensures the delivery of high-quality integration solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to pushing the boundaries of technology in HR.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Workday and third-party systems using middleware platforms. You will manage the full software development lifecycle for integrations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Your responsibilities will include writing and maintaining XSLT and MVEL expressions to manipulate data and automate business logic within Workday Studio and EIB Integrations.
You will solve complex integration problems by leveraging existing solutions and developing new code as necessary. Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors will be essential to deliver high-quality integration solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all integrations are efficient, scalable, and maintainable, contributing to the overall success of Netflix's HR technology initiatives.
