Who you are

You are a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in Ads and Sales workflows, bringing proven experience in applying product management frameworks to build impactful enterprise or consumer products. Your hands-on experience with generative AI products enables you to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel in ambiguous settings, demonstrating a keen eye for design and a bias toward execution. You are curious and creative, always looking for innovative ways to solve problems and drive clarity among large groups of stakeholders.

You have a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. Your ability to adapt quickly to change and your inventive mindset when faced with ambiguity set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the roadmap for Ads generative AI solutions, helping to scale ads operations and workflows through agentic capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the Netflix Ads team to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in ad technologies. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining success metrics, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle. You will also be involved in A/B testing and competitive analysis to ensure that the products you manage meet the needs of users and the business.

You will lead the execution of product initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with various teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to align on goals and strategies. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity within the team.
