Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the advertising sector, and possess strong negotiation skills that allow you to build and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies. Your experience in developing sales strategies tailored to specific markets, especially in Korea, sets you apart as a leader in this space. You understand the nuances of the Korean advertising landscape and can effectively champion Netflix’s ad offerings to various stakeholders.
You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Ad Product, Finance & Strategy, and Ads Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of advertising initiatives. Your ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly is crucial for driving revenue growth. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and value diversity in your team dynamics.
What you'll do
As the Agency Sales Lead, you will own the development and execution of the agency sales strategy for the Korean market. This involves leading senior-level relationships, negotiating key deals, and acting as the primary point of contact for Agencies and Media Reps. You will work closely with the broader Netflix Ads team to drive revenue growth, ensuring that Netflix’s ad offerings are effectively communicated and executed in the market. Your role will also include championing Netflix’s advertising solutions, leveraging proprietary ad tech to deliver a premium ad experience for members while enabling brands to connect with deeply engaged audiences.
