Who you are
You are a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong background in sales operations and business performance analytics. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you have a proven track record of developing comprehensive revenue analytics and insights that drive business growth. You are proficient in SQL and have experience working with data tools to derive meaningful sales reporting. Your ability to communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams sets you apart.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with teams such as Market Activation, Product, and Data Science & Engineering to scale long-term solutions in business intelligence. You understand the importance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and are skilled at identifying revenue growth opportunities through data analysis. Your attention to detail and strategic mindset enable you to deliver impactful insights that align with business objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus, as is familiarity with advertising metrics and analytics. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights. A background in project management or experience with BI platforms will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of revenue analytics for the UCAN Netflix Ads team, focusing on key performance indicators to track progress against goals. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting to UCAN leadership and developing scalable reporting solutions for the broader organization. Your insights will help inform strategic decisions and enable the team to achieve ambitious business objectives.
You will manage a cadence for communicating insights and updates, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Your role will involve direct engagement with the global Market Activation team to understand their sales reporting needs and provide them with the necessary data tools and insights.
As you create new and impactful ways to measure business performance, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with overall business strategy. You will also be involved in identifying revenue growth opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
