You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in a SaaS environment. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of forecasting and pipeline management. You are comfortable working with sales leadership and have excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
What you'll do
As a Sales Operations Manager at NICE, you will support the US Sales organization by implementing effective sales strategies and planning. You will oversee the forecasting process, ensuring that sales representatives and managers provide accurate projections. Your role will involve managing quote configurations and deal structures to align with long-term company growth goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining pipeline accuracy and hygiene, ensuring that all metrics are up to date. Additionally, you will manage deal closing activities, working closely with sales teams to facilitate smooth transactions and support high-quality deal execution.
