Your background includes working with B2B systems and APIs, which will be essential in representing both Netflix and its partners effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of delivering a seamless user experience across various playback devices.
You have a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to Netflix's growth in the Asia Pacific region — your work will directly impact subscriber growth through operator partnerships. You are adept at navigating technical discussions and can articulate Netflix's engineering perspectives to external partners while also advocating for their needs within Netflix.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the technical interface between Netflix and the engineering teams of our Operator and CE partners in the Asia Pacific — your contributions will help maintain the high-quality Netflix experience across hundreds of millions of devices. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the Netflix service works seamlessly with partner technologies. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing B2B payment APIs and ensuring that the integration with partner systems is smooth and efficient.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the integration process — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial. As part of the Partner Engineering team, you will work on projects that enhance the overall Netflix experience, ensuring that our service is reliable and user-friendly.
