You have a strong background in network security and are excited to engage with customers as a trusted technical advisor. Your experience includes working with Managed Service Providers and Small-to-Medium Businesses, where you've successfully driven the adoption of security solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with diverse audiences.
Your technical expertise encompasses a range of security products, including Next-Generation Firewalls, Zero-Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateways, VPNs, and SD-WAN. You are adept at understanding customer requirements and designing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Your ability to build strong technical relationships with customers and partners is a key asset in this role.
What you'll do
As a Sales Engineer at NETGEAR, you will act as the technical subject matter expert on our network security portfolio throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design customized solutions using NETGEAR's security offerings. Your role will involve delivering engaging technical presentations, product demos, and Proof-of-Concept sessions for prospective customers, showcasing the value of our products.
You will guide Managed Service Providers and Small-to-Medium Businesses through the deployment and implementation of our security products, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and competitive trends, helping to shape the future of our offerings. Your responsibilities will also include supporting channel partners with onboarding, enablement, and technical training, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
