Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and you bring a solid understanding of security solutions and sales processes. Your experience in technical sales or as a security engineer has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate complex security concepts to customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Your ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations showcases your expertise and helps drive customer adoption of security solutions. You stay updated on industry trends and vulnerabilities, ensuring you can provide informed insights to clients. You are proactive in gathering customer feedback and relaying it to product management to influence future developments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Enterprise Security Sales team in driving the adoption of Datadogβs security offerings within target strategic accounts. You will collaborate with the broader sales team to identify and understand security requirements across Datadogβs Enterprise customer base. Conducting detailed product demonstrations and presentations will be a key part of your responsibilities, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Datadog's security solutions. You will provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, including during customer evaluations and proof-of-value initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in the creation of technical proposals, documentation, and other sales materials. Your role will also involve participating in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote Datadog's security solutions, further establishing your presence in the market.
