You are a proactive and hands-on Product Manager with a strong background in AI and security. You have experience leading products from discovery through to execution, ensuring that user needs are met while balancing engineering constraints. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including protocol teams and security researchers, sets you apart. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working with globally distributed teams.

You possess a deep understanding of product strategy and execution, having owned the vision and roadmap for complex products. You are skilled in defining and tracking product success metrics, ensuring that your products deliver real value to users. Your experience with smart contract auditing tools and familiarity with multi-agent systems will be advantageous in this role.

Desirable

Hands-on experience with smart contract auditing tools and workflows is a plus. Familiarity with multi-agent systems, LLM evaluations, or building marketplaces/two-sided platforms will enhance your contributions. Experience with security triage and severity frameworks will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for AuditAgent and AgentArena, leading the development of AI-assisted smart contract vulnerability detection tools. You will create and maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances user value with engineering constraints. Your responsibilities will include conducting product discovery to build a deep understanding of user needs through interviews with protocol teams and audit customers.

You will collaborate closely with security researchers, AI engineers, and platform engineers to ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Your role will involve defining and tracking product success metrics, ensuring that the products not only meet user needs but also excel in performance and reliability.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with business development, marketing, and operations teams to drive product adoption and iterate on features based on user feedback. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the next wave of features and products in the AI and security domain, ensuring that Nethermind remains at the forefront of innovation in this space.
