What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from the initial conversation through to onboarding. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Team to align recruitment strategies with the company's long-term growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include networking, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building relationships with potential hires. You will also play a crucial role in employer branding, ensuring that Netlight is recognized as an employer of choice in the tech consultancy space.

You will be instrumental in shaping the culture of the Amsterdam office, working hands-on to create an inclusive and engaging environment for new colleagues. Your insights into the local market will help drive recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
