What you'll do

As the Talent & Growth Manager at Netlight, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our growing team. You will network with potential candidates, source talent through various channels, and conduct interviews to identify the best fit for our organization. Your role will involve managing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees into the company culture. You will also work on internal and external employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as a top employer in the IT consulting industry.

You will collaborate closely with team leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract the right talent. Additionally, you will engage in talent management activities to support the growth and development of our employees.
