You have a strong background in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in scaling recruitment processes in fast-growing companies. You thrive in hypergrowth environments and enjoy building structure from scratch, which is essential for shaping the talent foundation of a category-defining startup. Your ability to map top talent in the market and design scalable processes will be crucial in this role. You are a proactive individual contributor who is passionate about recruitment and understands the importance of aligning talent with the company's vision. You are comfortable working in an office-first environment and believe in the value of collaboration.
What you'll do
As the Talent Lead at Stacks, you will own and scale the recruitment engine across Product, Engineering, and GTM. You will be responsible for mapping the top talent in the market and designing scalable hiring processes that can keep up with the company's explosive growth. Your role will involve managing high-velocity hiring internally and ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with functional leads and the founder to understand the talent needs of the organization and implement effective strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will also play a key role in shaping the company culture and ensuring that new hires align with the values and mission of Stacks.
