What you'll do

As a Solution Architect at Netomi, you will lead the technical success of complex enterprise deployments. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement solutions that leverage our agentic AI platform. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and ensure that our solutions align with their business objectives. You will facilitate discussions around integrations, security, and infrastructure, ensuring that all aspects of the deployment are addressed. You will work closely with the engineering team to translate customer needs into technical specifications and oversee the implementation process. Your role will also involve providing guidance and support during the onboarding process, ensuring that customers are equipped to use our platform effectively. You will monitor the deployment's progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure a smooth transition to production. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our deployment processes and share best practices with the team.
