You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with technical writers, product managers, and engineers. Your ability to advise on tooling and workflows helps the documentation team produce high-quality content that meets the needs of users. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for modernizing documentation platforms to enhance user experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving the infrastructure that powers Netomi's product documentation. You will work closely with the Sr Technical Writer to implement best practices and ensure that documentation is accessible and user-friendly. Your role will involve advising the documentation team on the best tools and workflows to use, ensuring that the documentation is kept up to date and relevant.

You will play a key role in modernizing the documentation platform, which includes implementing CI/CD workflows that allow for seamless updates and improvements. Your focus will be on enabling interactive, developer-friendly content, including API reference documentation that is crucial for users.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the documentation based on user needs. Your contributions will help drive efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience with Netomi's AI platform.
