What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the internal documentation ecosystem for Sophos' Managed Detection and Response (MDR) operations. You will implement and enforce documentation standards, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Collaborating with various teams, you will enhance and maintain the knowledge base, driving efficiency across the organization.

You will leverage AI technologies to audit documentation quality and generate insights that inform best practices. Your role will involve identifying gaps in existing documentation and working with teams to fill those gaps, ensuring that all stakeholders have the information they need to perform their roles effectively.
