NeuroPace is hiring an Associate Therapy Consultant to expand clinical practice for epilepsy care in Memphis. You'll work closely with medical professionals to promote the RNS® System. This role is ideal for solution-oriented individuals looking to make a difference in healthcare.

You are a solution-oriented individual eager to contribute to the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of epilepsy care. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the opportunity to work with a team of medical professionals, including epileptologists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons. Your creativity and energy will be essential in developing new accounts and growing existing business relationships. You understand the importance of personalized care and are motivated to help patients who are candidates for device therapy.

You possess strong communication skills that enable you to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders, from clinical teams to economic buyers and patient advocacy groups. Your ability to articulate the benefits of the RNS® System will be crucial in driving user acquisition and expanding the market presence of NeuroPace. You are adaptable and ready to take on the challenges that come with a rapidly evolving medical device landscape.

What you'll do

As an Associate Therapy Consultant, you will assist in setting an aggressive sales strategy aimed at developing new accounts and growing existing business in the Memphis area and the East territory. You will collaborate with clinical teams to define appropriate care for patients and promote NeuroPace’s innovative RNS® System. Your role will involve engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including medical professionals and economic buyers, to ensure that the benefits of the RNS® System are effectively communicated and understood.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring that they receive the support and information necessary to make informed decisions about epilepsy care. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of clinical practice for epilepsy treatment, making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. You will also participate in training and educational initiatives to enhance awareness and understanding of the RNS® System among healthcare providers.
