What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Ad Serving Infrastructure, you will lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing the next generation of ad serving platforms. You will be responsible for defining the technical strategy that supports full automation of global campaign management for advertisers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product and design teams to ensure that the ad platforms meet the needs of local advertisers and businesses.

You will oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring that your team adheres to best practices in software development and system architecture. You will also be involved in performance management, conducting regular one-on-ones with team members to support their professional growth.
