Overview

Nextech is hiring an Implementation Specialist to conduct implementation activities and provide training for their healthcare technology solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and involves significant travel to customer locations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in implementation roles, ideally within the healthcare technology sector, and possess a strong understanding of software solutions. You are skilled in conducting training sessions and providing go-live support, ensuring clients are well-equipped to utilize the technology effectively. Your problem-solving abilities allow you to investigate issues creatively and provide effective solutions to clients and internal staff alike. You are comfortable with long-distance travel, as this role requires 75%+ travel to customer locations across the United States.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Specialist at Nextech, you will play a crucial role in executing the company's standard implementation methodology across its suite of healthcare technology solutions. You will conduct onsite super-user training and provide go-live support to ensure a smooth transition for clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting remote training calls, investigating issues, and optimizing processes post-go-live. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and ERISA, while also fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders involved.
