Who you are

You are driven and curious, eager to accelerate your growth in Enterprise Sales. As a Sales Associate, you will join a team of experienced sellers and play a pivotal role in supporting some of NICE's largest accounts. You understand the importance of building relationships and are ready to contribute strategically to the sales process. You are looking for an early-career opportunity that allows you to learn directly from top performers in the field. You are not just looking for an administrative role; you want to be involved in the action and make a real impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support account directors by coordinating strategic actions that expand relationships and drive growth. You will assist in the end-to-end sales cycle activities of existing opportunities, ensuring that all aspects are managed effectively. While you won't own a sales target yet, you will contribute to advancing key motions and uncovering new opportunities that can lead to future quota-carrying roles. Your work will directly influence how NICE deepens relationships with strategic customers and expands its footprint in the market. You will be involved in generating incremental pipeline through targeted efforts, helping to drive momentum within high-value accounts.
