You have a solid background in project management, particularly in compliance projects, and you thrive in leading teams through complex initiatives. With your experience, you understand the importance of adhering to regulatory expectations and can effectively translate client requirements into actionable project deliverables. You are skilled in developing detailed project plans and governance structures, ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated and communicated.

Your expertise in managing cross-functional teams, including Product, R&D, Operations, and Business Analysis, allows you to navigate challenges and drive projects to successful completion. You proactively manage issues, providing visibility to stakeholders and escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions. You are familiar with NICE's project management methodology and are adept at using various tools and techniques to monitor and communicate project progress.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage compliance projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all project activities align with scope, timelines, and regulatory expectations. You will develop detailed project plans and governance structures, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance controls. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, managing scope changes, and ensuring that SaaS solution implementations adhere to internal security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.

You will interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables, effectively using NICE's project management processes and tools. Your role will involve proactive issue management, providing visibility of issues to stakeholders, and ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will partner with Compliance Implementation teams to ensure that all compliance controls are implemented effectively, contributing to the overall success of the projects you manage.
