Who you are

You have a strong background in technical solution delivery, with experience in evaluating requirements and translating them into system specifications. Your expertise includes customizing and enhancing existing solutions, particularly using SQL and related technologies. You thrive in a client-facing environment and are adept at troubleshooting complex issues through root cause analysis.

You possess excellent mentoring skills, helping to raise the bar for your team by guiding less experienced engineers and contributing to documentation and technical accuracy. Your proactive mindset drives you to improve designs, effort estimates, and delivery pace, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will determine technical feasibility by evaluating requirements and proposed solutions. You will prepare and install solutions by designing system specifications and standards, ensuring that they meet client needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include enhancing existing solutions to match client requirements, configuring and customizing software using Actimize software.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, collaborating with peers through code reviews, and utilizing core software engineering tools and processes to deliver reliable solutions. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and the overall success of the projects you manage.
