You have 5 years of project management experience leading multiple concurrent projects in customer-facing environments — you've successfully managed end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Your IT experience spans 8 to 11 years, giving you a solid foundation in overseeing complex projects and initiatives. You excel in building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You are adept at facilitating clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including leadership — you understand the importance of tracking action items and driving accountability across teams. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks while managing escalations professionally sets you apart as a leader in project management. You thrive in fast-moving environments and can adapt to shifting priorities with ease.

Desirable

Experience with AI and GenAI technologies is a plus, as it aligns with the organization's strategic goals. Your exposure to technical projects will enhance your ability to guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout. What you'll do

As a Specialist Client Services Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
