What you'll do

In this role, you will own all Professional Services pre-sales activities across the International Markets region, leveraging your expertise to drive engagement with potential clients. You will collaborate with the Actimize License/Product Sales and broader Professional Services team to highlight the value of services early in the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include responding to RFIs and RFPs, crafting client proposals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team for successful project execution. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the right solutions to meet those needs effectively.

You will play a key role in shaping the sales strategy for the Actimize team, utilizing your industry knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your insights will help inform the development of service offerings that align with market demands. You will also participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing the capabilities of NICE Actimize and how they can address client challenges in the financial crime sector.
