You have a strong background in engineering, particularly in connectivity solutions, and are comfortable interfacing with end users to gather requirements. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and their vendors is essential. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to support both pre- and post-sale connectivity engineering needs. You are detail-oriented and capable of documenting proposals for both standard and customized services. Your experience allows you to develop imaginative and practical solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Experience in voice and data services is a plus, as is familiarity with presales processes. You are adaptable and willing to learn about the specific functionalities of the NiCE CXone platform. What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at NICE, you will play a crucial role in the presales effort for the NiCE CXone platform. You will engage directly with customers to conduct thorough discovery processes, gathering requirements that facilitate the engineering of voice and data interconnections. Your expertise will help customers and their partners effectively utilize our software platform. After customers express interest in using NiCE CXone applications, you will finalize the design components for voice and data services, ensuring that all specifications meet their needs. You will also provide support to existing customers who require connectivity revisions or upgrades, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
You will document proposals meticulously, preparing detailed project plans and order summaries that reflect the requirements and expectations of our clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales and customer service organizations to address any connectivity engineering needs that arise during the sales process. You will be expected to attain a mastery-level knowledge of the voice and data services available through NiCE CXone, enabling you to communicate their full functionality and interconnection requirements effectively.
