Your expertise in post-implementation support ensures that customers achieve maximum value from the solutions provided. You are a subject matter expert in the technologies relevant to your clients, and you excel at translating technical business goals into actionable strategies that align with customer priorities.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at NICE, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients after the implementation of NiCE Solutions. You will ensure that the solutions are operating reliably and effectively, particularly in the area of Digital Evidence Management Transformation. Your role will involve monitoring client needs and providing technical best practices to enhance their experience with the solutions.

You will engage with clients to understand their business objectives and align them with the capabilities of NiCE's offerings. By fostering strong relationships, you will influence both tactical and strategic decisions that drive service excellence for designated accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that clients can confidently manage and share digital evidence, ultimately contributing to their success.
