What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at NiCE, you will drive client success by becoming a trusted advisor for key clients. You will resolve complex technical challenges and ensure that clients are maximizing their use of NiCE products and services. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional technical support and customer service, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively. You will help clients overcome issues that arise, guiding them to succeed in their business using our technology. Additionally, you will work to expand client usage of our products, acting as a reference for prospective customers and fostering long-term loyalty.
