Who you are

You are a Senior Technical Account Manager with a strong background in account management and program/project management. You excel at resolving complex technical issues and have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. Your ability to cultivate relationships across all levels of an organization makes you an invaluable asset to enterprise-level accounts. You are driven by the challenge of navigating complex customer needs and leveraging technology to foster business success.

You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Sales Engineering. Your experience allows you to align customer opportunities with the right resources, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing customer education. You are passionate about enhancing processes and technology to drive company growth and customer loyalty.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact and advocate for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring successful contract fulfillment and SLA management. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional technical and customer service. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales and Sales Engineering to identify customer opportunities and mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for fostering long-term loyalty by empowering customers to navigate issues and leverage our technology effectively.

You will engage with customers at all levels, from front-line management to senior leadership, to cultivate and maintain productive relationships. Your role will be integral in driving product adoption and serving as a reference for prospective clients. You will tackle the most complex challenges and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.
