What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on unifying the customer experience across Nielsen's products — you will work in partnership with various teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include incorporating post-sales customer engagement functions and collaborating with the Commercial team, Digital Census Operations team, and Product Enablement. You will play a key role in ensuring that clients receive extraordinary results from their interactions with Nielsen.

You will leverage your expertise to provide powerful insights that drive client decisions — your ability to analyze data and understand audience engagement will be crucial in this role.
