Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, with experience in managing medium to large client accounts. You excel at building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You are skilled in designing and implementing commercial strategies that align with revenue objectives, driving growth for existing accounts while identifying new opportunities. You possess analytical skills to conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios, presenting key metrics and strategic recommendations to optimize service usage. You are proactive in identifying growth opportunities through consultative selling, promoting new products and services to enhance client satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Executive at Cabify, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic accounts, focusing on fostering long-lasting relationships that drive customer loyalty. You will design and implement commercial strategies to meet revenue goals, ensuring the growth of existing accounts while generating new business opportunities. You will effectively manage account renewals, ensuring favorable conditions and continuity of contracted services. Your role will involve conducting regular analyses of client portfolios, presenting key results, metrics, and ROI, along with strategic recommendations to optimize the use of our solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Cabify.
