Business Intelligence Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Tableau. Your passion lies in visually communicating insights from data, and you possess a solid understanding of data life cycles and how they pertain to analytics. You are proficient in troubleshooting and performance optimization, and you thrive in an Agile and collaborative team environment. Your advanced English skills enable you to communicate effectively in a global setting, and you hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or have equivalent experience in the Life Sciences field. Familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical development, or clinical trials is a plus.

What you'll do

As a Business Intelligence Engineer at Nisum, you will analyze, design, develop, document, test, and deploy BI solutions that translate data into meaningful operational insights. You will enhance and support existing solutions while translating business needs into technical specifications. Your role will involve creating engaging visualizations and reports for various projects, maintaining and supporting the analytics platform, and developing and executing database queries to conduct analyses. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation and implementing best practices for optimum use, performance, and maintainability of BI solutions.
