Test Automation Engineer • Lead

Who you are

You have proven experience in leading a QA team or working in a team lead capacity, demonstrating strong project management and organizational skills. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives is complemented by excellent communication skills, allowing you to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

You possess a deep understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools, particularly for .NET-based applications. Your hands-on experience with NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit enables you to develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts efficiently. You are also skilled in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger, ensuring that automated tests align with both functional and non-functional requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the automation testing efforts at Nisum, managing a small team of QA professionals. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts for .NET-based applications, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. Collaborating closely with developers and product owners, you will align automated tests with project requirements, driving the quality of our software products.

You will implement automated API tests where needed and ensure the integration of these tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing effective test automation strategies that enhance the overall quality assurance process. You will also mentor your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
