You have 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in performance testing, and have a proven track record of leading teams effectively. Your expertise in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling allows you to ensure the speed and reliability of applications. You possess strong knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python, which you use for automation tasks. Your familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps enhances your ability to integrate testing into the development pipeline. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

As a QA Engineer Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will assign tasks, manage team priorities, and ensure timely delivery of performance testing objectives. Your role will involve developing performance testing strategies and closely collaborating with development, DevOps, and product teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. You will also be responsible for hands-on testing, driving quality initiatives, and optimizing system performance to meet business goals.
