What you'll do

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of Nitra’s Taiwan office, ensuring that everything runs efficiently. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate recruiting efforts, and provide support to the global People and Recruiting teams. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and helping to create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. You will also play a key role in onboarding new team members, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed from day one. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement in office operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
