Sendbird is hiring a Head of Product for their AI Agent for Customer Service platform in Seoul. You'll lead product strategy and execution for a platform used by major enterprises. This role requires fluency in Korean and English.

You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in the AI or technology sector, and a proven track record of leading product teams to success. What you'll do
As the Head of Product, you will own the product vision and roadmap for the AI Agent for Customer Service platform. Your responsibilities will include defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution of product initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive enterprise adoption.
You will lead product discovery efforts, conducting user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
