You have a strong background in program management with at least 5 years of experience in the fintech industry — you've successfully led complex projects and understand the intricacies of card issuing and payment systems. Your ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with launching innovative card solutions. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that align with the company's goals. You are also an effective communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Senior Program Manager - Cards at Nium, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of card programs across various markets.
