You'll work closely with senior management and utilize end-user computing tools. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a background in finance.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an entry-level professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in English for business purposes. You have a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and lead them independently to successful conclusions. Your experience with end-user computing tools like Microsoft Office makes you well-equipped for this role. A background in a related field such as banking, trading venues, or trading firms is a plus, but not mandatory.
What you'll do
As a Back Office Associate at NK Securities Research, you will report directly to the Head of Business Management and work closely with the firm's senior management. Your responsibilities will include supervising repairs and upgrades of hardware and connectivity, downloading holdings files, and performing daily stock reconciliations. You will also help support the day-to-day business operations of the company and monitor live trading strategies. Weekend availability is a must, as you may be required to assist with various tasks assigned by senior management.
