Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You have experience managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, particularly in the enterprise sector. Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role, as you will be working with strategic accounts in France and emerging markets.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person interactions, as Notion values a culture of teamwork and communication. You are comfortable providing customer feedback to help shape product roadmaps and are driven by the challenge of generating revenue and building strong relationships with clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing deals for strategic accounts in France. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Notion's customer base. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
