What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and maintain the physical and network systems that keep Notion running smoothly across its global offices. You will work closely with engineers from Security, IT Operations, and IT Systems Engineering to design and implement solutions that enhance collaboration and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing network performance, and ensuring the reliability of IT systems. You will have the autonomy to make decisions that directly impact the company's infrastructure and will be expected to mentor the broader IT team, sharing your knowledge and expertise. You will also be involved in shaping the future of Notion's IT strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission to provide seamless tools for productivity.
