You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the software industry β€” your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive customer adoption and retention effectively. You excel at building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers derive maximum value from the products they use. Your strong communication skills allow you to host training sessions and onboarding processes, making complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences.

You are passionate about customer engagement and understand the importance of tailoring solutions to meet unique customer needs β€” your ability to dig deep into customer use cases helps you identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer experiences and drive success.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Notion, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and retention of our product among some of the world's largest companies. You will host training and onboarding sessions, ensuring customers understand how to leverage Notion to solve their unique challenges. Your role will involve serving as a product expert, guiding customers through new use cases and helping them maximize their investment in Notion.

You will also play a key role in building the foundations of the Customer Success team, contributing to the development of sales-assisted motions and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. By fostering strong relationships with customers, you will help them navigate their journey with Notion, ensuring they achieve their goals and realize the full potential of our platform.
