You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience managing a large portfolio of clients. Your ability to onboard and expand customer bases through tailored consultations and training programs sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of in-person interactions to foster strong relationships. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and target key customers to drive adoption and maximize their return on investment with Notion.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as an effective product ambassador. You are proactive in reaching out to customers who may not be fully utilizing Notion, creating action plans to help them achieve success. Your experience in designing and running outreach campaigns will be invaluable in assisting with Notion adoption across various teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of customers in the AMER region, focusing on onboarding and expanding the customer base through tailored consultations and training programs. You will design and execute at-scale outreach campaigns to key points of contact, ensuring strong adoption of Notion's platform. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales partners, you will work to enhance customer workflows and drive monthly active users and seat expansion.
You will proactively identify customers who are not maximizing their opportunities with Notion and reach out to create actionable plans for their success. Your insights will inform and influence Notion's overall growth strategy, making you a key player in the company's mission to help users save time and money through effective tool utilization.
What we offer
Notion values in-person collaboration and requires team members to work from the office on designated Anchor Days. The compensation for this role ranges from $40.77 to $50.77 per hour, with a variable target of $21,200 to $26,400, leading to an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $106,000 to $132,000 per year.
